There is NO fuse for the CEL... Its a function of the IPC and PCM. The only way to make it go out is to fix the issue that is causing the PCM to be unhappy OR tear into the dash and remove the bulb. That will also cause you to FAIL EMISSIONS because the monitoring stations look for that light and fault.

Read the DTCs and report what pops up:
