Rear view mirror removal info
I've got the the auto dimming mirror. Found a video on YouTube but it's the non auto dimming and Shows the guy unscrewing a torx bolt from underneath. No torx on mine.
Anyone know how to pry it off ? Forum search function came up empty.

There is a special tool that depresses the springs - I saw it at the place that does my window tinting - but he said it's difficult. Others have depressed the spring and others have followed the twist and rock method. I didn't need it off bad enough to risk breaking the glass.

Thanks for the links. Based on that info, Sounds like I'm just gonna go to a windshield repair shop and have them take it off for me.
