I have done a search and not found a solution yet...
My dual zone AC on a 02 C5Z06 is stuck on 89, or 90F. If you rotate the **** it will only move one degree from 89 to 90, or reverse . It was working fine and I ran it at the track for the 1st time. We run with the windows down so did not really notice anything till I went to put it back in the trailer and tried to turn on the AC. I cleared all the codes, disconnected the battery for 20 mins and then went for an hour drive. No AC codes were displayed but the AC is still doing the same thing. The passenger **** does nothing on the display. Air coming out of the vents is hot. Even with the system turned off you will get hot air out of primarily the foot vents.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

How did you read the DTCs?????????? If you used the DIC built in DTC reading system, you should have see two error DTCs for the HVAC Actuators. If you clear that DTC/s sometimes the actuators will return to operational.
Let me know how it turns out. You can also pull the HVAC fuse in the Passengers fuse box and reinsert it and that resets the HVAC actuators.
Well the problem seems to be resolved. The only thing I did differently is pull the fuse you suggested. I am a bit confused why disconnecting the battery did not accomplish the same thing. Pulled the fuse 1st the disconnect the battery and let it sit for an hour. Connected the fuse 1st then battery and fired it up. Interestingly where it was stuck on either 89, or 90 when I hit the Auto button it was at 73 which is where I set it.
