Purchased my C5 a couple of months ago. Just noticed this. The gaps are slightly exaggerated as I CAREFULLY applied a bit of extra pressure to open it up for the photo.
Do you think JB Weld will help? Or would it just buy some time? I searched the forum and found a link for someone that used Marine Tex. I contacted JB Weld and they recommended a particular version of their product. Am I looking at a new door in my future? My wife will kill me...she was afraid this would become a money pit. She doesn't know about the mods I have planned.
