Default rebuild rear diff.

I need to either rebuild or replace my rear diff. My question is will I be able to use the stock drive half-shafts if I upgrade the output shafts to C6 or C6 Z06? My car is a stock 1999 with a 6 speed and a 3.42 gear. I want to change to either 3.73 or 3.90 and upgrade all internals with C6 stuff. I already have the diff. out of the car and have a place that will rebuild for me. I would like to know what my options are. Where is the best place to get the parts? What are the parts I would need? Does anyone offer a kit that includes all parts needed?
