need help with lower hinge issue
my d/s door was dropping when opening so i decided to replace upper and lower hings on my c5 one i replaced them same issue upon further inspection realized the fibergalss is flexing and and looks like the bonding material from the steel plate on the inside of the door where the hinge bolts up must be cracking...
has anyone else experienced this? how were you able to fix it?
i would rather not replace the door if i dont have to as its original paint and in mint condition
any ideas

Your best bet is to take it to an auto body shop that does glass work or maybe even a boatyard...all they do is fiberglass repairs these days !!...glass work is not that difficult...I’ve been fixing fiberglass surfboards for 50 years...LOL !!
