Right blinker (front and back) not blinking/solid when brake pressed
Initial problem: Weird blinking lights when brake pressed and front blinker not working sometimes.
Reason and fix: Previous owner spliced a wire between the rear center brake light and right rear brake light. I disconnected that wire. Then installed a new socket for the bad front blinker.
New problem: Blinkers work but brake lights do not at all.
Reason and fix: Previous owner seems to have gotten into the hazard switch and crossed over 2 of the prongs for some weird reason, maybe it was done on accident I do not know. I installed a new hazard switch.
New problem: Rapid blinking
Fix: Installed hazard bypass. I don't know why it was rapid blinking but all my lights worked fine. Hopefully this does not mean I will have weird issues in the future because I ignored it and went straight for the bypass. Anyways now I have installed led front headlights too so the bypass handles that I think anyways.
Thanks for the help everybody!

I take it that by "hazard bypass" you mean a "hyperflash harness". A hyperflash harness ONLY interacts with turn signal bulbs.
Only when swapping the turn signal/hazard bulbs (front and/or tail) for LEDs you could end up with hyperflashing. Any other bulb (front headlights included) can be replaced with an LED without producing hyperflash.
