I started off this project about a year ago and with many learning curves and endless debates about random things ...Here’s what’s been accomplished

- AA v3 si supercharger complete kit from AA !
-Fast 102 LSXR Intake
-Boosted 103 NW
- AFE intake plenum
- Mighty Mouse Wild Catch can
- AFE Stage 2 Air intake tube / plenum 4 ich
- ZZ performance moly hardened push rods

Fly wheel is heavier then stock I’ll have to re edit weights but it’s gonna perform a lot better and reduce over spin! I guess stock weight is around 17 my guess on the Ls7 is 26 !




Stock clutch looks spent fly wheel was good but don’t need it replacing tie rod end and sway bushing as well , rear main and oil pan gasket ! Lol e brake shoes are spent but that’s another day !


To the man who installed this and worked 16 hours straight and the man that allowed it to happen. Thank You !



Ls7!clutch rumors and from all the findings about how they engage/disengage lower then the stock on the pedal . Is there a way to raise the action in the pedal up?

Common along ready to drop the rear cradle bell housing and all lines disconnected . While pulling the clutch connection you must use a flat head to push in the white plastic ring and pull out the connector!

This is like record time lol ! I’ll get some photos after lunch !


And the dealer wanted a arm plus my leg !

Luckily there’s still good people the guy smiles when I asked if I could include him in a picture !

Still determining has a 3.42 getrag rear diff I’m kinda guessing it’s the zr1 or z06 but I will have to identify the shafts before as the base c6 shaft don’t fit the the Zo6 or zr1. The tie rods end links look longer so I’m purely guess zr1 ! The guys all had a big laugh lol it’s alll stock he says hahaha stock car maybe ! Either way it was a great find as I’ve never been i back of the car until the Ls7 clutch went in !

Next time it’s in there I will not forget to get my picture. I totally forgot due to the rear main seal not fitting back in the stock housing went through 2 seals 1 fel pro and ac delco neither of which fit right and tight . Before attempting to RTV it in there and run the risk of it stringing out into the crank and causing a whole mess a called another buddy at garage and says they usually buy the whole housing with new gaskets, pressed in seal and bolts and it’s literally 30 bucks more then just the seal 3 hours gone scratching heads and running for parts . Only to find out as wel while I was doing the lower oil pan f*****batwing oil pan omg this really is looking upwards ! 56.00 for the seal on order !

Sorry 007 that’s a base model c5 diff and t56. It’s ok though the t56 is plenty strong for an si trim blower and the diff will probably hold as long as you keep those cheep tires on it and don’t go to the drag strip.

It is not a TR6060. I have both and there are a couple glaring differences I can see based on the photo you posted.

1. The casting around the fill plug is different on the 56 and 6060. Ribbing appears quite different.
2. There is no cast 90 tab about halfway down that I believe the C6 used as a mounting point for the exhaust springs.
3. Theres no trans temp sensor at the bottom of the trans on the drivers side.
4. I dont know why you are now claiming it is a 4.10 diff as your photo clearly shows a 3.42. It is also a base model C5 diff based on the mounting style. C6 diffs have two mounts, one on each side. C5 diffs have one mount.

Sorry to burst your bubble but what you have is not a tr6060.

The cars rpo shows a 4.10 having a 3.42 ment it’s been changed . Once I get the picture where I saw the 6060 I’ll post it ! I believe the 6060 used a trans cooler which is hooked up and the t-56 I have no clue if they ever came with one !

Checks out I just jacked it up and got the stock number ending in 902 damm cross that off since it don’t have a swap there’s only one solution swap it out for a 6060 zr1
