When I bought my 2004 convertible, it trammeled on a number of roads. It had Goodyear run-flats on it with a lot tread left. I got rid of the run-flats and bought Continental DWS-06 non run-flat tires. Also had the car aligned to the Pfadt Street alignment specs. The ride quality was a night and day difference and got rid of the trammeling completely.

I highly recommend checking the alignment on all new deliveries. I took delivery of my E-Ray at the NCM, and on the way home, I noticed the steering wheel was not centered. I brought it to a trusted friend who has handled my alignments for years, expecting a minor adjustment. However, he found the car was significantly out of alignment. Given today's technology, it's surprising that it wasn't correct from the factory. Spending a few bucks on an alignment check was well worth it to prevent premature tire wear.
