After working through a mountain of issues on my 2003 50th Anniversary Edition, I think I've finally got them licked. Because of all of the help this site has provided, I want to summarize what all I was experiencing and what I did to fix them in case it might help someone else. I also wanted to give a A shout out to some of those who helped me along the was.
The first problem was the F55 magnetic shocks. They were bad and I was running in limp mode (speed limited to 80 mph).
I replaced the shocks with C6 Z06 shocks ($350 vs. $2000 for the magnetic shocks). They're great!
Looked all over for someone to delete the F55 in the BCM. Has to be done using Tech II scanner (about $1,200 for a real one, no-one trusts the cheap Chinese knock-offs). Had to drive 60 miles to get to Abel Chevrolet in Rio Vista, CA. They were the only folks who even knew what I was talking about. Took them about 30 minutes and cost me $120, but F55 is now gone.
Heads up display didn't work.
Removed the center waterfall, console, radio bezel, glove-box and dashboard to get to it. It was the same problem that all of the others have. Broken pivot tab on the mirror. Thanks to Jason JC316 on Youtube for how-to! Fixed it and replaced it.
HVAC B0441 Left actuator out of range
HVAC B0446 Right actuator out of range.
While I had the dash off I replaced both actuators.Even with the dash off left actuator was a pain to get to. Thanks to C& S Corvettes for the how-to and source for actuators. I had the classic problem of broken plastic gears on a metal hub.
Warning flasher.
There was actually nothing wrong with it, but I replaced it while the dash was off on the advice of a friend and fellow C5 owner. Now my signals blink really fast and I don't have LEDs.
The car finally, seemed to start working better. fewer codes etc. So I decided to take her on a long drive. After stopping for lunch, the code started up again.
PCM P1571 Traction control torque request circuit.
PCM P1689, Traction control delivered torque output circuit.
TCS C1277, Requested Torque signal circuit malfunction.
BCM B0432, Low voltage level on control circuit for rear window defroster.
SDM U1040, Sensing & Diagnostic module can't talk to traction control
IPC U1040 IPC can't talk to traction control

Service vehicle soon.
This was the last straw. I decided to take it into Abel Chevrolet again to see whether they could tell me what's up. After 30 minutes and $120 I was told my EBCM was BAD. How could this be? I just had it fixed. I had even paid extra for surge protection. Sent email to Brandon Hite at ABSFixer.com. After describing all of my symptoms he tells me it's my ignition switch. ??? I hadn't seen that one coming, but I was willing to try just about anything. I ordered a new Delco switch which came right from China, and I tore into the center console again. Took the old switch apart and, sure enough, there were a couple of dirty contacts. Put the new switch in and put it all back together.
Yahoo! I"M NOW CODE FREE! (for now). Thanks Brandon!
Now, how long will it take before I stop checking for codes after every drive?
