Yes, I remember when my alternator bracket broke off, Coolant temps soared to over 240 coolant was boiling over the cap, Then I rolled into tall grass to pull the car over and turn her off, I wonder if the tall grass clogged up the front condenser., but everything seems clean no debris. I already looked.

Beat me to it. I agree, get the option to turn on both fans. The fuse that allows the fans to come on when A/C goes on blew and caused high temps here in AZ.

Its like driving doing 50mph on a long stretch roadway and only cools off like 2 degrees at a time , whereas when I had an ac delco water pump I thought it went down 3-4 degrees at a time. oh and A/C is off because it doen't work. Any thoughts Thanks
After I got the car back from tuner my temps were 15 degrees higher then before. Called him and he told me to check the digital read out instead of the gauge. I knew the gauge was 5 degrees higher than the digital before and so I checked it on the DIC and sure enough its 15 degrees below what the gauge reads. I've heard that from more than a few guys of the same thing happening to them. The gauge read 215 on couple of full out runs thru the gears, then looked at the digital gauge and it was 196. I don't know if your model has that option. But your gauge could be reading wrong.

Maybe he’s reading the block temp and think it’s radiator. Reading the gauge wrong like mentioned.
