So far doing a bit of research it's only on 97's. (from looking at older post about it) I might just see if I can reset the codes and see if it comes up again.

Below is a couple lines I found in an old post. I may try it. Don't guess it can hurt.
I'm going to reset all the options, seat, mirrors, alarm, etc and see if that helps.Thanks for the help, I reset all the options I mentioned in the earlier post as the code popped up as soon as I backed out of the garage and immediately went to configure options. So I went through each one and reset them. Went for a ride and the strange QC Code 413131 never came back.

I have not seen any tech info on this message, but apparently some of the 97 C5's can reach this function if the options button is held down for more than a few seconds when trying to get into the DIC settings.
