But are you receiving PCM no comms from any of the modules ??...there are 2 green wires...dark green is PCM and light green is BCM...what kind of readings are you seeing ???
...I'm getting good readings on all wires at the Starbus except the green wire, which from what I read is the PCM. Would that be the issue?

@skrimshaw90 I agree that it would be weird not to be receiving PCM no-comms from other modules as well, but just to be thorough, I would suggest to backprobe Pin 58 from PCM's Connector C1 and compare the reading to what you got at Pin B from Star Connector 1 to verify the DK GRN wire
With disconneted PCM connector and with the Star connector bus disconneted, try to measure the resistance of the serial PCM wire between the two end points. This wire maybe have continiuity problems
I’m assuming you’re getting your DTC’s from the DIC ??...you really should have a scan tool that can read ALL the modules...if you had such a scan tool you can see if you can truly communicate or not !!
Thats only a code reader !!...having 2 Corvettes I would seriously invest in a good scan tool that can read enhanced OBD2 DTC’s !!...some are not that expensive !!
Its a decent obd2 device, something interesting I can do qn abs pump test and I was able to complete it on my white one. But on my black one it says it can't communicate with the module.
Since the underlying issue seems to be in the TCS setting this off . Inspect under your middle console shifter area for exposed wires that have rubbed through. Check wires around the wheels /wheel speed sensors . I think you will most likely find your issue inside the car
