I actually did mine today, when you’re in the DIC... and you’re under “fob programming” if you click reset under that it’ll indicate “fob #1” and after you’ve held the lock/unlock and it learns fob number 1 it’ll move to fob#2 in the DIC. Hold your buttons (even if it seems like a long time) until it learns the second fob. I tried doing fob number without it saying “fob#2” cause I didn’t hit reset... and it didn’t learn it until I entered into the multi fob mode by hitting the reset button. Hope this helps!

Well, I did solved this. Someone suggested just getting 2 new fobs. Apparently one must program both fobs at the same time as somehow if only one is programmed then you come back to add anotjer somehow the second one is blocked or locked out. Not saying I understnd that idea but it appears to be true. So I went on Amazon and purchased 2 new fobs for about 20 bucks. When they came I followed the programming instructions through the dic. Lo and behold, both new fobs were accepted by the computer and I now habe 2 finctiining fobs. Makes no sense but it worked. Problem solved. Thamks for all your help vette enthusiasts.
