Please identify this part

I found this part under my Corvette in my garage along with a washer. I have looked all over trying to find where it came from. Car runs normal but I am concerned that something isn't bolted down. Anyone have any ideas where it belongs?

Muffler spring hanger just forward of transaxle???

That is what I thought. I checked both pipe hangers and they are OK.

Have you checked your garage door for missing pieces? Last year I had a similar looking bracket and bolt on the floor when I pulled in the garage. I looked all over on the car for missing pieces but couldn't find anything. A few days later I noticed the garage door wasn't opening very well and saw the hole where the bolt/bracket came from and another one that was loose. I guess it fell off as the door was closing when I pulled out. Just a thought if everything on the car is in order.
