Gear ratio Q....
I'm really looking to do a Vortech in the not too distant future, just curious to know what you all would suggest for a gear ratio. I've been leaning towards 3.73's - 3.90's. The car is mostly street driven.

You are right on track. I have 3.73's in my car and will probably go to 3.90's.. :seeya :seeya

Soooo, you think it's alright to go with 3.90's and an s/c at a later date? What's your opinion about the t/c, can I leave it stock? If you think it should be swapped out, what would you charge to do it & what t/c do you suggest? Many folks have HIGHLY recommended a 3500 stall?
