Caliper locked - what's the fix?

Nothing cooked or overheated.
Indid notice when re bleeding it that there must have been some serious vacuum applied to the master. Maybe when I pulled the pedal up by foot? But the top where the cap seals it was sucked in partly where there are no tabs.
