Default No AC or heat

just started going over a couple things that need attention on my recently acquired 02.
there is no AC or heat at all, the display all works but no noises and nothing blowing out any vents at all, this one has me a bit stumped, Thoughts?

First check fuses in the passenger footwell- No. 27 is HVAC Controls, Maxi Fuse 51 is blower motor. Note in the under hood fuse center, No. 54 is a fuse puller. No 34 under hood is a relay for AC and AC clutch

Next pull the blower under the passenger side, under the glove box. You have to remove the kick panel first. A big mouse nest can stop the blower.

funny you say that, the car sat for a long time and I found a lot of nuts and mouse debris under the engine covers, I wouldn’t doubt a nest being in the blower
