Default Dual climate

Have a 2003 corvette with dual climate control. The passenger side when scanning with a snap on scanner solus edge is selectable between 80 and 176 degrees with the drivers side selecting between 60 and 96. The drivers side always changes both sides even if the passenger side is selected full hot or full cold. Does anyone have a pin out of the HVAC control module or any ideas what would cause this?

I thought that the driver's control did control both sides, and that the passenger side just tracks a little bit higher or lower depending on how the passenger sets their control?

I believe you are correct and it is only 10* +or - of what the driver side is set to

You are correct. The driver side **** controls the cabin temperature settings. The passenger side only allow +/- 5 degrees (I believe). It sounds like the OP HVAC unit is acting correctly.

It is just weird. I'm getting hot on the drivers side and cold on the passenger. On the scanner I can see the blend doors open and close as I move the dials.

it sounds like the blend door are out of sync. Check the sticky notes above for how to re-sync them.

my c5 was doing the same thing.....cold on the passenger side and warmer on the drivers side. I had it checked out and it was 1/2 lb low on freon. We added the gas and it has been ice cold on both sides since
