2001 C5 ABS/Traction Control

2001 C5 ABS/Traction Control
I just bought my car, 2001 Base. Problem--, the Traction Control and ABS orange lights Never come on, on the dash. DIC tells me my module needs fixing( which I have done). All the fuses in the engine compartment are good. Does anybody know why these lights on the dash never light up, key on engine off No lights, like they have never been there. It was shipped from the USA to Canada, but that shouldn't make any difference.
