Texted a few pics as well. My number is an 818, but I'm no longer in SoCal. Moved back to NJ in 2007. Held on to the number for business purposes.
You should be able to get an idea of where the MAF was from the pic above. It was between the Blackwing and the air bridge. It looks like the coupler I used was smaller on one end than the other. Sorry, measurements of the couplers escape me.
Added for others that may run into this:
OP confirmed coupler is 4.5 reduced to 3.5. 4.5 on Blackwing end and 3.5 on MAF end. Therefore a reduced coupler is required in earlier year C5s (97-00) with 75mm throttle body.
