If you get 30 you are doing good... REALLY good. Build quality IMO is the one of the best out there... but they typically will not yield any more horsepower than, say, a set of TPIS headers...
I have watched Jerry work on a set of C5 headers. His jigs are very well built and he personally hand welds all his work. Jerry does not farm his work out to my knowledge... with exception to coating and thats done at Jet Hot here in town.
So, bottom line is you get what you pay for... his stuff is expensive... but you get personal craftsmanship, high quality headers, and a unique Tri-Y design that yields at least as much as the competition.

Bill, You guys carry a good selection of headers. I’m sure you've dyno’ed each one. Which header on a heads and cam car will produce the most torque and horsepower?
I installed TPIS. They look great and add a very distictive tone. (Although I added a corsa x-pipe a the the time). Fit looks good and I'm very happy. Haven't had the engine dynoed yet. Perhaps this spring.
