How are you supposed to start any car without turning the key on? What am I missing here?
Some times it will start after 2 3 time and some times pull key and wait 10 seconds when i do that it will start most of times but if i let instruments settle it will start ever time

Is the engine only CRANKING or not cranking before it will start that 2nd or 3rd time ????
I’m assuming this is a no crank no start…you always want to check your battery terminals and have your battery tested for any no crank condition…select “battery voltage” on the DIC when you turn the key ON and then when you try to start it…what do you see it both positions ??..this may be a faulty ignition switch…you can try cycling the key multiple times to get rid of any possible oxidation on the switch contacts and then try to start the car normally.
I turn to start dash comes on when i try to start position nothing unless i wait until dash settles then it starts every time. Hope i am explaing it ok
in either position on or start dash come on and settles. if i put key in switch and try to start dash come on and in start position nothing. I keep a trickle charge on. Dash shows 14 volts charge when driving. when i stop and try to start nothing unless i let dash settle about 2 seconds.

How often do you get the "Pull key and wait 10 seconds" msg?
I always turn the key to the On position first let the gauges sweep, the indicators turn off before turning the key to the start position. If you get in turn the key immediately to start the two second fuel pump prime will be shortened and the car may crank longer before starting.
When ever it try to start 4 5 times then pull key and wait 10 seconds
After i pull key and wait 10 seconds try to start and it starts. If i turn switch to on position and let instruments settle try to start and it starts every time.
Ok here is what happens i get in car and turn to start will not crank or start nothing. If i try this 3 4 times then i get a message to remove key and wait 10 seconds put back in and it will start. When i do this the instruments all work. If i get in car and turn switch to on position and let instruments settle and then turn to start it will start.
I think you need to clean your ignition switch. It's really NOT complicated - there's a nice video on this topic on the internet.
I cleaned up my switch just on general principles, as I was not having any problems with starting, but I had a brake warning light that would not go off... Turned out to be a bad IPC.
Edited to Add: you DID replace your battery, right?
Also: try disconnecting your battery for like an hour or so. I got rid of my "Service Steering Column Lock" BS message when Corvette Connection put in my new IPC, EVEN THOUGH I have the Compliance Parts steering lock thinga-ma-bob.
