Love those sensors, especially when they work! I have one sensor that said my rear right tire was flat.....NOT...It works now and then and now seems to just plain give up. Got message to service wheel sensors? Do I need just a sensor or it something to rebout? NOT RUNNING RUNFLATS...yea, but makes me a little nervious at times...thanks for your imput.
I just bought a 2003. The tire sensors are a bit off (1 to 2 psi) and I am a bit overzealous about accuracy.
I read the above referenced tech article about resetting the sensors. But WHAT do the sensors get reset too?
I have an aviation grade pressure gauge and I know each tire is at 30 psi cold. Will the sensors reset to 30 psi or is there a step missing in the tech article where I need to tell the sensors they're at 30 psi?
