Diff master install kit 27spline vs 30 spline
I'm getting ready to change gears in my diff, which is a 3.42 27 spline diff from a 2003 C5. I've got the gears, but I'm looking at the master install kits and those are hard to find. does the spline count matter for the master install kit? All I can find are the 30 spline master rebuild kits. I did find one 27 spline kit but it was $800 vs the $350 for the 30 spline kit.
It seems these kits are hard to find these days. Where is the best place to find a good deal on them?
