I just recently finished installing a Mantic 9000 twin disc / 16lb lightened steel flywheel as well and LG 1 7/8 Pro headers with off-road x-pipe. I was able to get the car back on the ground this morning and turned it over. Everything started up well, no issues, idles great. The clutch pedal feels nice and tight after bleeding with new fluids.
I took it for a drive and the shifts are crisp and there is no vibration while driving or at idle.
I do hear a bit of chatter while at idle in neutral. The sound disappears when I put the clutch in, and comes back with the clutch out. I did replace the pilot bearing with a new OEM GM one during the install and ensured that it was seated properly. I also used a new GM slave cylinder that came with the kit. I also replaced the input shaft with a new C6 one and new bearing in the torque tube.
Is this sound normal, with only like 20 miles on the clutch so far I do expect some chatter for the first 1-2k miles? Wondering if it's the new pilot bearing. There are no issues with driving at this point and everything is working as I would expect. I've attached a few videos:
