Currently the clutch plate, pressure plate is out, and the torque tube is disconnected from the bell housing. I am going to have my son press the clutch and see if pressurizes the reservoir. If not, then I will look at the master cylinder to see if it is working correctly.

I just realized I wrote master but I meant is it possible you got a bad slave cylinder?

Was just out in the garage, we did a few things. I installed the new pressure plate and new clutch plate. Had my son get in the car and work the clutch. The slave cylinder moved back and forth, but stuck to the floor one time. But, at least I know it's moving. That was with no shims at all.
We pulled the torque tube back and re-measured the salve with no spring installed
and then measured the pressure plate. There was only .025 difference. Almost exactly the same numbers as the other set when first installed. That tells me to use the middle shim which is .115. That would put me at .140, which is a good number according to Tick.

I ordered Ticks adjustable MC today, will be here before the weekend.

Someone mentioned that with the clutch pedal to the floor the clutch plate should spin freely. I checked that, it did not move, again, no shim installed.

Everything looks the same, just as it did when I first installed the other set. The fingers are all facing the correct way, the 3 fingers are closer the the engine than the rest of them.

Fingers facing correctly

No spring on the slave

My advice is from the FSM, not Tick you're using factory parts. Take it for what it's worth, not my opinion. Just the advice from the ones that developed the clutch.

Ended up being the master cylinder. Bought the one from Tick, tuned it in. Been driving it a little to bed in the clutch, go to tuner this coming week. Hopefully get in the next track day!

Thanks to all that tried to help out, have a great weekend!
