Check Engine Help!!!

So I have 2004 c5, that is completely stock, and currently has 88,000 miles. Every so many miles the check engine light comes on, and I go through all the diagnostics and only ever have a PCM H code, does not have the Current “c” on there. However when I reset it, the light turns off for x amount of miles and then returns with the pcm H code. Does anyone have any suggestions? The car seems to run at about 215 degrees as well.

What codes are you getting? Check your gas cap to make sure it is fitting tight. Clean your MAF. When it happened to me, I made sure my fuel cap was clean and fit tightly. I also cleaned the MAF. Not sure which one was the problem, but it solved the Check Engine Light problem.

So I did run the diagnostics before I shut it down and it still was all history codes. Reset the PCM history code I was getting and it went away. Going to have to see if it pops back up again to see exactly which code it is
