2004 Coupe with electrical issue

Last week when I left work on Friday I noticed by the way the car started that the battery was weak but didn't give it to much worry since it was Friday. I got home and put the battery on charge. We were in the middle of a tropical depression here in south Florida at the time so the car was closed up and on a trickle charger until the following Wednesday (5 days) while I drove me truck. Then Wednesday morning I decided to drive the car and when I tried to leave the house I noticed the battery charger showed the battery was less than 75% charged, the key FOB wouldn't open the doors. I unlocked the drivers door and when I attempted to start the car I got a "Reduced Engine Power", the coolant gauge showed max deflection and the fuel gauge showed empty. The engine would start and then immediately die.
Today I finally got a chance to troubleshoot, I found all of the modules are showing "NO COMM" except the IPC which I assume is because that where the diagnostic mode happens. I disconnected the 4 wire star connector in the passenger footwell, no help, same results. I depinned the other connector one wire at a time with no help, same results for each wire. and finally I removed the shorting bar off the star connector and shorted the BCM to the PCM to see if I could at least get those two modules to communicate with no luck.
Tomorrow I'm going to disassemble each of the ground points to inspect/clean and see if I can find anything at all.
Sorry for the long post, does anybody have any other thoughts?

I should also mention that I know I have a problem with the driver seat running constantly, I pulled the fuse a few months back and right now I have both connectors disconnected from the drivers seat and the single connector is disconnected from the passenger seat. Yesterday I looked at the battery draw issue and found I had a .60 amp draw, pulling all of the fuses one at a time in the engine compartment had no effect, same thing with the passenger footwell. The last fuses to be reinstalled were for the BCM, I saw my current draw jump to 1.4 amps and that remained until I disconnected the meter about 10 minutes or so later.
The seat issue could be the seat switch gone bad or the seat position sensor contacts in the back of the seat motor are gunked up and not making good contact. Those contacts can be disassembled and cleaned.
another approach to try first would be to run the seat back and forth full travel several time and see if the seat operation improves. If it does improve, that points to the seat position sensor contacts being gunked up.
Rather than unplug and plug in the seat connectors for testing, it may be more convenient to pull the respective seat circuit breaker in the passenger footwell. If you do that the telescoping steering column still works although the seat is disabled.
