Radar Detector Hardwire Problems.
I'm wanting to hardwire my radar detector in my car. I was going to use the accessory pig tail in the passenger floorboard. I looked and there is something already wired into it. I have no additional accessories. I have a non dimming mirror and thought about using it, but I can't get it unplugged from the mirror.

Just strip back the insulation (or use vampire clips) to tap into a switched wire at the rearview mirror. (under the headliner)
