Default How to remove sensor from magnetic shock

Maybe a silly question, but I don’t want to accidentally break something fragile. How do you remove the sensor clip from the top of the magnetic ride shocks?

Thanks!!

Im not sure but the whole shock suspension valve? Someone removed them on my car with f45 suspension and used base model shocks to keep the car from going into reduced power mode as the shock simulators are expensive.

The shocks connector has a rubber link that holds connector it the shock. The small harness has a connector that connects to the shock connector. There are clips on the small harness connector to the shock connector. You lift them away from the connector body and the connector will come off of the shocks connector when you pull it. Are you replacing the shocks. I believe that new shocks come with the small harness. I replaced my F55 shock and if I am rembering correctly, you can disconnect the small harness at the body connector and then when the shock is removed the small harness follows it out with it with a little help.

Thanks! This is very helpful. I do need to replace my shocks, and deciding if I’m going to spend the money to go F55 again. I’ve seen replacements for sale, and not clear if they include the harness, so I was expecting to have to reuse the old ones. Don’t want to break one accidentally and be in a mess.
