Default C5 Grounds

'98 C5 50K+, fuel light will occasionally report no gas when I have at least a 1/2 tank. Driver window will not move. I believe the window problem started , with a bump and run to my front in a parking lot. Only noticed it when driver door started closing stiff. Pulled the covers off and tried to clean and tighten the ground by the hood release, but for the life of me, I could get a wrench on it. could not spot thee ground near the seat belt, trouble getting the roof pieces off. Any clues?

The "seatbelt" ground is behind the plastic trim. You need a t47 or t50? To take the the seatbelt bolt off. I can't recall if you need to take off any other trim pieces to get it off. Thankfully the interior is very easy to disassemble.
