Won’t Crank?

Won’t Crank?
Please help, I had to change the insert at the shifter linkage and now the car 03 won’t crank?? I only have a plug with 4 wires that plugs into the shifter
( no purple) that seems to have no power going into it? All my books have been no help. I checked the inside fuse box #14 was the thought someone had.
I did push on the brakes and tried to crank it and checked the 4 wires no power??
