Try getting under the car and look for leaks in the brake system.. That is a much more positive way to identify a brake fluid leak. The brake fluid may be low due to normal ware of the brake pads, so the fact that it is low doesen't mean that the fulid is leaking out.
Master cylinders have been know to leak. Is there any wetness under the master cylinder? The fluid also could be leaking from the master cylinder shaft seal, if so, the fulid is entering the vaccum booster and very soon your vaccum booster will have a leaking diaphram, and soon after that your power brakes will go byby. I suggest youget it to the dealer immediately before you unintentionally smack someone.
