Window Valet HELP
I installed it followed instructions go to program windows enter pin code and the windows roll all the way down but not back up like it says theys hould and they remote doesnt work to put them back up.help me yall

It was about a yr. ago that I installed mine. I vaguely remember there be a few little glitches like this. Just try re-programming it, follow the directions carefully and it should workout fine. Mine used to bounce back down when at the top, but after a careful setup it worked great.
Be patient! It's worth what little effort it takes. I ENJOY mine each & every time I drive my Vette.

At this point, the best thing to do is call Michael Fuller at Top Down Tech. He's a super chap and he'll fix you up in no time flat.

Try the program again just to make sure you’re in the right programming section.

Instructions must be followed exactly! It's easy to make a little bobble the first time or two. Patience, Grasshopper. You cannot hurt anything. Try again. :yesnod:

And if you need to take your car in for service where they might plug in diagnostics, just remove the little fellow and then re-install it when you get the car back. No re-program is necessary.

Follow the instructions exactly. Don't skip a step or skip around.
Depending on when you got the WV, you may find easier instructions on the web site.
Give it a try. Do it exactly. It does work.
