First thing is you want to make sure the battery is in good shape…I’d remove it and bring it to your neighborhood parts store and let them load test it…even though the battery may be fully charged at 12.66 volts it still may be bad so I would start there…I did a mobile call on 2005 C6 this weekend that wouldn’t start…battery was discharged so I charged it up to that 12.66 volts and then I load tested it…BAD !!…battery was 3 years old….took the owner to get a new battery and all was well.
I will have the battery check out, I guess I could remove cables and reattach them before having battery checked
Thank You will update on my findings

Like I mentioned if you have a DVOM check the voltage and make sure the battery bolts are clean and tight…if you do replace the battery it is a good practice to replace those battery bolts since they have a conductive coating on them.
Engine Cranks then make Poof noise then stops
Try again same thing happens
Battery good,problem started after layup.
Start with the basics Fuel, Air and Spark.
A bad battery will affect both the fuel and spark. Start with that. Bad gas that has blocked a fuel filter or a faulty fuel pump if the battery checks out.
I would think you could get a fuel pressure tester on loan at the auto parts store.
I was thinking back to when I first got my car and had a similar issue that was intermittent. Someone at one time had a non sealed lead acid battery installed. It must have leaked just enough to corrode the batter cables near the starter. It’s obviously impossible to see without have the car in the air or a bore scope type camera.
