Default Passenger door electrical issue

Hi everyone,
I own a 2001 vert with 50k miles. My issue is, one day the passenger door window and locks would not work. I took the door panel off and took the harness out of the accordion to check for frayed wires and found none. I unplugged the red plug from the control module and plugged it back in. Everything worked fine. Took the car for a ride and again nothing worked in the door. Unplugged the red plug and put it back in, all was good. After several start and shut down cycles it fails to work again
I'm at wits end. BTW I also replaced module with a used one; same issue. Any help would be appreciated.

When they don't work is it from driver's side control panel, passenger's side, or both sides?
Key fob will lock/unlock only driver's side when it's acting up?
If you open the tonneau hatch both windows should go down. When it's acting up and you open that hatch does the passenger's window work?

When it's acting up and you hit the tonneau cover button, the passenger window will not go down.

Sorry, passenger side will not work with either fob or driver's control.

The problem may be inside the drivers side accordion, bad power connection which I found was corroded.

If I unplug the passenger module and plug it back in it will work.Or if I disconnect the battery and connect it again it will work.
