Default HVAC Air flow

On my 2001 coupe, no matter the settings air flow in very low and the blows through all of the levels the same... Nothing changes when you move the positions (Defrost, Floor or vents...) You can hear the fan speed change but can't feel a difference in the air flow... Temperature settings seem to work (AC and Heat)...

I have looked several times on You tube, but can't seem to find what I need to check this...

Any ideas?

This is literally one of the most common issues with the fifth generation car. The vacuum line from the very back of the intake manifold is probably broken in the immediate vicinity of the battery. There is a rubber fitting on the rear of the manifold connecting a semi-rigid plastic vacuum line. This vacuum line runs into the wiring harness (which does not help with finding the break) and come back out of the harness in the passenger side fender well, under and behind the battery. Also in the fender well is a vacuum reservoir and vacuum check valve. Depending on year, there may be multiple vacuum outlets from the reservoir, at least one of which runs back into a wiring harness and inside the cabin to the HVAC control. Good long term thread on the problem and it's resolution:
