It actually ended up being pinched on the other side. Peeled back the tape and there's our smoking gun.

If you look at my oil cooler install thread from 2012, a keen eye will notice I didn't route this harness there.

Yet ANOTHER mistake from the body shop. That and all the hardware that was missing in the front mounts of the oil cooler. Ridiculous the amount of money you have to give them to half-*** your ride then you get to spend half a day chasing after the problem.
