Winter mods on 99 c5
Hey All! Looking to make some mods on my 99 coupe over the winter. So currently I am getting the dreaded service active handling and abs BUT it is not all the time. Sometimes it will come on when I am at a full stop! Then I have the Ole shocks inoperative speed limit 80mph max. I've been on the highway when this happened and nothing happened after 80mph. I was still able to exceed that! Is there something that I could check like a wheel bearing or connection somewhere to help find this issue? I am looking to swap out the shocks but will not be replacing with oem due to the price! I do have the F55 with adjustable ride currently so if I change shocks will I need to program that out? I would imagine I would still get the code? Could there be a broken connection somewhere that I can check? Gonna get it up on jackstands soon but want to hear some feedback on what I might be able to purchase ahead of time. Thanks
