I have a 99 that has some electrical issues that has me stumped . When I apply the driver turn signal it causes all 4 turn signals to blink and also the dash lights flash with the turn signals . The passenger side functions properly when activated with no other issues . I can turn the park lights on and the driver rear taillights stay lit up solid and the front driver turn signal flashes . So far I have replaced the hazard switch , and took the ground splice packs apart behind both headlights and the one behind the passenger side taillight . I have also installed the hyper flash harness and so far nothing has changed . The taillights work fine when the brake is pressed or if you turn on the headlights the light up correctly , the problem starts if you hit the driver side blinker . If anyone might have some info on this I would greatly appreciate it , I am backed into a corner and don’t know what else to check would greatly appreciate any help anyone may be able to provide !!!!
Im sure your problems are ground related. I would guess the current is going thru the other bulbs to get to ground. I found that many crazy electrical problems in our c5s are ground related good luck

Could be a bad turn signal switch. I’d pull it and test it to rule it out.
