Vette-Lights front corner LED question....

I need a sanity check. I started installing the Vette-Lights front corner assembly last night. I think there is a problem with the assembly but want to confirm what the function should be. When should the white led turn on if everything is functioning properly?
I started on the driver side. All the amber functions seem to be working properly, but the white led are not turning on. I've flipped the connector a couple times to see if it was a polarity issue and made sure I was seating the plug all way in. Either way, no white lite. I want to confirm before I disassemble the other side and see if that one works.

White LED should be on as the DRL, just as the old amber was.

That's what I thought. Shoot... looks like I have a bad assembly. Thanks for confirming!

Try flipping the LED 180 degrees in the socket

Yep, tried that too many times figuring is was a polarity issue or maybe a corroded connection. Plugged in the pass side module, to the driver side, to verify operation and everything works as expected. Turns out It's just a bad module. Oh well. At least winter showed back up here in Michigan so I'm in no rush.

Try turning on the parking lights to see if they go white. I don't have vette lights but mine are white with parking I believe, could be wrong though haven't looked at it since November.

Update

There is something wrong with the driver side assembly. I did a bunch of troubleshooting last night. Contacted Cole at Vette-Lights and he is sending me a new Driver side lamp assembly. Great communication from him!
