The skip-shift function forces a 1-4 upshift (not downshifting) under light load conditions. What does "1 and 2nd gear is locked" mean? Have you tried adjusting the "Gold mgw short throw" shifter?

I haven’t all I know is this shifter was in the car when I bought it and When I was coming home with the car I was trying to go from 4th to 2nd gear to pull in to my neighborhood and It would go in 2nd it was like it was locked and it was making a roaring noise kind of?!

I have no clue what could be causing your "roaring noise." You may want to check the fluid level in your transmission. BTW, the transmission is in the rear of the car bolted to the axle housing. The car has to be sufficiently elevated and level in order to check the fluid level. Good luck with your troubleshooting efforts.
