My headlights won’t raise up and when manually raised they won’t come on. If I hold the switch in the car the bright lights come on but only stay on if the switch is held. Any thoughts? I have changed every fuse that has to do with lights.
Your multifunctional switch on the steering column is bad. Unfortunately there aren’t any replacement parts that I know of so you will probably have to rebuild the switch. There is a thread on the how to process in the forum. Good luck.

No advice but I'm in the same situation and planning to remove and try to repair my multifunction switch in the next couple of days.
All lights work including flash to pass, but regular high beams do not work. Both FTP and high beams turn on the blue high beam dash indicator. From looking at the schematics, I'm 95% sure it's the stalk.
Turns out my multifunction switch was good. Tony Corvette was super cool, I highly recommend buying the multifunction switch from him if you need one.
I had a problem with the previous owners third party modified wiring used to get the ACA Bi-xenon lights to work. From the driver's seat, it acted exactly like dead contacts for the high beams.
