NO system sounds good at idle with the stock H midpipe.
I have LT's catted X pipe and Corsa Sport manual car and have less/no drone when compared to a stock manifold stock midpipe and Borla S-type2 automatic car I rode in.

I have fooled with both on Corvettes. Both are good. The sound if fine from either. Do use an X pipe with both.
Right now I have a Borla Atak. It sounds great and absolutely no drone. It is loud when you want it and quiet if you need to pass a cop.

NVH solution on any exhaust = downshift
Guys who don't know what NVH is all complain about NVH. They adjust their waxed white mustaches and buff their New Balance kicks clean before shows.

I just took my Borla stinger off for Corsa Xtreme.
Wayyyy quiter in the car with the Corsa but louder on the outside with the Corsa.
The Borla definitely has more drone.
I got my Corsa from Forza Motor Works. I highly recommend Alec at Forza.

Id be happy to quote either option. Time and time again Corsa is proven to have less drone in cabin and better ride comfort in cabin. Slightly higher pitch and more volume at full song on the outside too. Borla S type II has slightly oblong tips btw. The new Borla Stype II and Atak will have less drone than the Classics
