Ahhhh man!! You must work for WCC!

That black one is sick! I'm sold!

Spoke with Todd I think it was from WCC he said hopefully on weds. they will get a couple sets of the wheels and weigh them and then post what they find. I know this was a concern for some of you. Hopefully we can get 3 people to jump on these. I am like 90% sure I'm getting these.

No, I don't work for them. I just love a good deal. Got one on my Cerra Single Kit. This just completes the package. Oh, yeah and the black one is pretty sweet.

I spoke with the manufacturer this morning and they have yet to ship the 2 sets of wheels to me. I was told last week that the 2 sets would ship Thursday or Friday last week. Since they are in Florida it looks like another week before we receive the wheels. I also asked them about doing drop ships and they said they were against it, but would talk about it and get back to me. The problem is if we have the wheels shipped out to us in CA and have to ship them back east, the shipping cost doubles.
That's all I know for now, I will keep trying to work this out and I will keep you all posted.

I just got off the phone with Edge Racing to confirm that they did ship the wheels and they shipped them Tuesday, I should get them Mon. or Tues. next week. I also asked about the weight of the wheels and was told that they would be 27-28 lbs. as an average, depending on the size. I will weigh them and post the results, ASAP.

Stay tuned.

Good deal!

Let's say there 18s and weigh that much how would that compare to a set of ZO6 or regular vette wheels (I have a 99)?

Of course I still need the 19/20!!

Earl,

As I said I would get back to you on the Zweyer wheels, I wrote to West Coast Corvette seeing if these wheels can be purchased either highly polished or chromed, they can't. So that leaves me out.

Sorry,
Jim

OK guys, the wheels are here, lets get at least 3 orders together for the good pricing!

Earl H, they charged us $120.00 per set shipping, to get the wheels here. If we add that to the possible $2600.00 GP pricing for 3 plus sets, we are at $2720.00 for your set, plus $95.00-Fed Ex 2 day shipping from us to you. That brings your total to $2815.00 shipped to your door.

Also, I weighed the wheels. The 19x11 rears are 30.5 lbs. each and the 18x9.5 fronts are 28.5 lbs. each.
A stock 2002 Z06 wheel is, 20.5 lbs. for the rear and 14.5 lbs. for the front.

I hope this info helps you guys. Oh, and the wheels look even better in person.

Todd, is there any way to "push" to get them drop-shipped....seems kind of silly to waste $120 when they'll ship direct if you order from them. From what I understand, there haven't been to many orders. You'd think they'd be somewhat accomodating for 3+ orders.

Well guys, with that said and assuming we can get them drop shipped for a lower cost...can we get 3 orders together?

Default I would like a price please...

OK...I'd like a price on some wheels only:

18x11 rears model 1015 (18x11 5x120.65 ET57 Silver w/Polished Lip)

18x9.5 fronts model 970 (18x9.5 5X120.65 ET46 Silver w/Polished Lip)

including shipping to ZIP 72015.

Man....they really raked you over the coals when they charged you $120 a set to ship them. I am an individual and it only costs me about $80 to send a set of wheels AND tires cross country. Wheels alone should be around $60 shipping for the whole set via UPS ground including insurance.

Thanks,
-Shawn

ta25th, the regular price for that set is $2808.00 + shipping = $3023.00, if we get at least 3 people to place an order I can get the price to $2600.00 + $120.00 shipping from them to us and another $95.00 for Fed Ex 2 day shipping from us to you, total $2815.00. If you ordered directly from the manufacturer, you would pay $2808.00 + $120.00 shipping = $2928.00.

As you can see even if you have to pay the additional shipping, buying the wheels in this GP will still save you $113.00.

Also, the prices given do not include sensor straps need for standard C5's.

Thanks for the quote. If the total shipped price was more like $2400 I would be all over it, but when I'm only saving $113 there is just no incentive for me to buy them. The $120 shipping is way too much for them to charge you, and the $95 is a bit high too. I have shipped A LOT of wheels, and the most I ever spent to ship a set of wheels (ones weighing more than these) was about $80. These should cost about $15-17 a wheel to ship. Good luck to everyone else though. These are some very nice looking wheels, and get a definite 10+ for being unique. :D

Thanks,
Shawn
