Windshield wiper arm assemble removal
While doing several different maintenance projects, I removed the wiper arms and cowl to take a look under the plastic cowl and replace some shrunken weatherstrip. Lo and behold, I found a mouse nest in behind the wiper motor. Got it all vacuumed out and found the insulation chewed on several wires going to the motor. I'm shocked it didn't short the very few times I have encountered any rain!!!! Anyhow, I got the wiper arm assembly loose, but cannot get it out from under the windshield so I can properly address the wire damage. Anyone have any tips?
