Torque converter won’t spin when prying

Well it just so happens when I finally got my car to the spot where I would be dropping the trans the shifter cable bushing at the trans broke. I only discovered it when I was under the car and seen the cable not attached to the shifter arm. Now I’m trying to spin the torque converter so I can get the 3 bolts out but the tc feels like it’s not wanting to move at all. What do I do maybe I’m too weak

Engine out, or all still connected?
If it is all still connected, then you'll have to turn the engine to get the converter to turn to get to all the converter bolts.

What are you prying? When I put a new clutch in mine, I used a pry bar resting on the bell housing and set into the flywheel starter teeth to rotate it.
