I have a problem that I hope I can get a solution to 😪. I have a 2000 C5. I have no left rear turn signal. My dashboard shows it working properly. I have both front signals, tail and brakes on both sides. I’ve replaced the Hazard switch, the Hyper flash relay and the multifunction switch. I checked all of the fuses. It came out of the blue. I am at a loss for words and actions

Sounds like the ammo for the parts cannon has run dry. Was there any troubleshooting with a meter or test light using the schematics?
Seems like you replaced a bunch of "parts" but have you actually gotten out a DMM or a 12 volt test light and an electrical schematic to check the electrical circuit from the fuse all the way back to the ground which is G401 which goes through Splice Pack 400 ??...if these parts were from Amazon or eBay that can be your problem...I don't know if you have a factory level scan tool but you can divide and conquer with that...you can check your "inputs" and "outputs' with the scan tool...if you use the turn signal and you don't see the scan tool go from inactive to active you have an input problem like the stalk...if you see it change then you have an output problem most likely in the wiring or even the ground....it is impossible to diagnose this for you over the Internet...find an auto electric shop in your area...they do this kind of work every day.
