No. The only runflats currently made for the C5 in stock sizes are by Goodyear, Firestone, and Yokohama.

The Michelin "ZP" Zero Pressure is a run flat.

If your looking to buy new runflats, I just in stalled Michelins Runflats. I highly recommend them. It made the car ride much better and handling is much smoother, also grip is very good. Down side they look a bit narrow and are still noisey (but quieter then Goodyears.
